We’ve been using Pivotal Tracker to track our development for new features and bug fixes on Think Vitamin Membership over the past few weeks and I’ve really enjoyed using it.
It’s got some great features, but my favorites are:
- Live Updates: Our team is distributed, and Tracker lets us see changes to our plans live while we meet over Skype.
- Story Points: I’m terrible at estimating, but I’ve found that the story points system that Tracker uses helps me figure out when I’ll finish up new features.
- Drag and Drop: Tracker’s drag and drop UI makes it feel very tactile. You can drag up and down columns to re-prioritize them, or move them from column to column just like you might do on a scrum wall.
