Practice JavaScript Math MethodsDave McFarland (8 minutes)

In this workshop, practice using JavaScript’s math methods to add, subtract, multiple, divide, as well as to convert strings to numbers.

Practice If and Else If Statements in JavaScript Dave McFarland (7 minutes)

In this workshop, practice simple conditional statements in JavaScript.

Practice Simple WHERE Clauses with SQLAndrew Chalkley (6 minutes)

In this workshop, we’ll practice simple WHERE clauses.

Practice Input and Output in RubyJay McGavren (7 minutes)

In this workshop, we’ll practice some basic Ruby to make sure that everything you’ve learned so far sticks. We’ll review variables, as well as simple input and output.


Saving Data on a Server(July)

So far all our networking code could do was make GET requests, but being able to send and save data to a server is just as important. In this course, let’s improve our networking code and learn how to make a POST request. There are a lot of additional concerns when saving data and we’ll spend some time talking about security, preventing malicious input and much more.

Data Visualization with Bokeh(TBD)

Learn how to use the Bokeh library to generate interactive charts, graphs, and other visualizations using Python. We’ll explore a world population data set and see how to generate different charts using this powerful library.
