What is a Prototype?
A prototype is an interactive tool a UX designer can use to test design and functionality before the site goes live. What, exactly, does all that mean? It means that you create a test version of a page, app, or site that can be used internally on your team to iterate on an idea, without having developers do the time-consuming, expensive work of changing the site as you go.
