Enhance a Weather App With Table Views  – Pasan Premaratne
Table views are used in lots of cool ways in iOS apps. They let us display structured data in a simple manner. In this course we are going to use table views to add weather data for the upcoming week to our weather app from the previous course.


What’s New in Swift 2.0 – Pasan Premaratne
In this workshop, we take a high-level view at some of the changes introduced in Swift 2.0 as well as improvements to existing features.

Ruby Metaprogramming Jason Seifer
In this workshop, we’ll learn about basic metaprogramming in Ruby. Metaprogramming refers to writing programs that can write themselves. We’ll start by building a very simple clone of the Sinatra web framework in Ruby.

Create a Fullscreen Slider with CSSDavid Conner
Learn to create a fullscreen horizontal slider or image carousel, using pure CSS. Image carousels are a popular pattern in web design, and there are hundreds of jQuery plugins you can use to create them. This workshop will demonstrate that HTML and CSS are more than capable of handling the task.

Create Tooltips with CSSDavid Conner
Tooltips are a great way to provide additional information to your users. This pure CSS technique that we are about to learn employs both pseudo-elements and custom data- attributes.
