Los Angeles not on the list?

Hey Ryan, If you guys do it in Miami, let me know, as its my hometown and I can put you in touch with lots of the web companies here.
p.s. you should have a contact form of some sort on this blog.

We’ve decided to steer clear of San Francisco and Los Angeles for now. Sorry Roy!

Dude?!?! Where’s Philly? Perfect location! Maybe sometime soon!?

  • http://davidrussell.org David Russell

    DC would rock!

So, I’d think maybe New York, Boston or Chicago would be good, then all of us Canadians from Toronto might be able to attend. Or even better perhaps maybe sneaking in some of the Carson Systems events into Toronto could happen? I won’t tell customs I promise… :)

I second the Miami option. The community is growing and it’s a great location to visit. The WeMedia conference was just here as well, and it was a huge hit. We’d love to have FOWA here.

    Hey Ryan,

If you bring FOWA to Miami, you have my word that we will sponsor the event. I will also do my best to help you find other sponsors and will also help you get a great venue.

What do you say to that?

    Best,
    Carlos

    I’ll second the Philly vote!

I’m cheering for Seattle. As much as I’d love to get to go to Miami, Seattle seems like a great location. Oh and it’s close to me.

Wow, a lot of interest in Miami! :)

At the moment (in the survey results) Boston and Chicago are in the lead.

I wish we could hold the event in all these cities!

Chicago and Boston are cold in September….Brrrr…. Miami is gorgeous in September. A company sponsored vacation and FOWA.

Dude, I made my vote (Boston) – you gotta show us the results. ‘Tis only fair old chum…

  • http://www.horsepigcow.com Tara Hunt

Yeah, Miami would be sweet. :)

  • Antonio Llanos

My vote is for Miami, nothing better then a Web conference on South Beach!

  • http://www.ilovedigit.com David Myers

I chose Boston, because I’m sick of not being able to go to these events because they’re held so far to the West.

    East site for the win!

  • http://www.tapio.com Alex de Carvalho

They may never admit it, but Northeasterners would love to spend a few days in Miami … I hope you’ll bring FOWA down South, there’s lots of interest here.

  • JB

Chicago is not cold in September at all. September is one of the nicest months of the year.

  • http://www.weareonlyhuman.com Jason Sadler

Ryan – I told you while we were in London that Florida was the place to be!

Miami would be a very fun spot, but you can’t go wrong with Chicago or Boston.

  • http://www.thoughtandtheory.com Dennis Eusebio

I’ll agree with Jason. Miami is cool, I’m sure Brian Breslin can put you in contact with the right people to make that successful.
