In this technique, you will work on a single task without stopping for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute break.
First, pick a task that requires concentration and write it down. Then focus only on that single task for a full 25 minutes.
You only complete a Pomodoro by working without interruption for 25 minutes. After 2 or 3 Pomodoros, you can take a longer break.
